Pedagogical training : Generally runs over a year during school holidays : The training program happens in a training facility and within a company for a total duration of 269 hours with 150 hours within a training organisation and at least 119 hours in a company. This program covers the entirety of the 3 skill blocs allowing to maintain safety, coordinate and teach sailing. This hour volume is reduced depending on the skill blocs already obtained by the candidate, or by the training mitigations established during the positioning.The training prerequisite are:
